To just sit there while there are,
Fifty people wondering what you're doing,
While you're driving in your car?
And now you're in the store picking up your groceries,
And everyone is looking at you,
At what you're buying and at what you're not,
And at what you'll never be, too.
Life is a stage and we must each play a part,
Whether you think anyone's watching or not.
Chances are everyone's so caught up in their own role,
That not one ticket for your show's been bought.
And it's alright,
Though, that no one's watching erases anxiety,
I know it brings up the meaning of life.
I guess we all just have to wait and see.
