To do it all,
The question is do you want to die trying,
Or live life on a carousel,
Of repeated pleas for an easier life,
Overwhelmed by the daily demand,
Of keeping up with just keeping alive,
With your dreams never at hand?
And how will that make you feel as you watch others,
Who have sacrificed for what they have?
The pain of realising you've passed on your faults,
Can't be cleansed by a bath,
And you're alright.
It doesn't work that way.
You must fight hard for what it is you want,
Each and every day.
