The one you've learned before?
The one you promised yourself that you would,
Ne'er need learn evermore,

The one that took many years to realize,
After years of distress,
Reacting to the same situation,
With the same unproductive blindness,

The one that taught you, you have the controle,
Over your responses,
That nothing good ever comes from conflict,
With vengeful narcissists?

You know the one,
The one you just forgot!
I guess sometimes you have to test world,
To verify it's still the one you got.
