To do what they do best,
As the economy takes away jobs,
While Covid does the rest,
People are running down the street for health,
Our dreams are remembered,
Monopoly is just a game again,
While mortgage payments are being deferred,
The Green New Deal is now within our grasp,
If money can be quashed,
While we all expend the same energy,
That the Earth may be washed,
By our own hands,
Of course, sane minds must rule,
With a shock doctrine for the good of all,
Not colonization and fossil fuel.
