And not really in a good way,
But as a lesson.
And what is your emotional IQ?
Do you have what it takes to be,
A good team leader so that everyone likes you?
'Cause that is what you need.
Speak with authority, but be confident,
You don't want people to think you don't know,
Exactly what it is that needs to be done.
Even if you don't.
And it's alright,
You never have to lie.
Being firm doesn't mean knowing everything,
It's taking responsibility all the time.
