Forever and ever since time was measured,
They could still change any day.
Revolutions can happen,
And the chair under your ass could disappear,
As could your golden touch,
In as little as a year,
Because it is an often forgotten fact,
That all we know rests on propositions.
Yes, everything, even that undisputed theory,
Of evolution.
So, it's alright,
For you to remind people it could all be a dream.
It could, and just because no one actually believes it,
Doesn't mean that it hasn't always been.
