It seems some people can,
And that it helps them get what they want,
Though that can't be the only scam,
For there are others who are oblivious,
To the intentions of those around them,
And who, yet, get exactly what they want,
With very little effort.
Oh well, who are we to wonder,
How this world is made?
With so much success and even more failures,
There's nothing in the plan best laid.
And that's alright,
It just gives hope to all those who,
Can't seem to make ends meet.
Oh, am I talking of you?
