For everybody knows,
Who is not a psychopath,
How quickly admiration goes,
When your admiration goes first,
For it never goes one way.
And, though you may think you're unreplacable,
Everyone is one day.
So, keep up appearances right to the end.
It's not a lie, but survival,
And if you want to prove this theory,
make your best friend into your rival,
By being alright,
With her misfortune,
So much so that you benefit by it,
And see how fast you are alone.
