Could be something's eating you from inside,
Maybe your heart or mind,
Wants the other to know there's something wrong,
But since neither can speak,
While you know what they want but will not say,
So one of them makes that Cortisol leak,
Then you sit reading this and wonder why,
Well, let me tell you folks,
Sometimes a feeling is just a feeling,
With no reason to coax.
Oh, let's be real,
Everything's got a cause,
If anyone could tell you anything,
