Not Wanting What You Want, But Living As You Want

Is doing what you want to,
Anything more than,
Doing things the way you want to,
And leaving it at that?

Because the grass is always greener,
And yadda, yadda, yadda,
And when will you ever be able to say,
'I have everything I oughta.'?

You can't possibly know what you need,
To feel completely satisfied,
But you can certainly do things in a way,
To generate pride.

And it's alright,
If you don't buy this.
Life is yours, and not knowing yourself is,
Your prerogative.
