Well, not according to the supreme court,
Who ruled on July ninth,
That Trump has to give up his tax records,
Thanks to his appointees,
Like Nixon and Jefferson before him,
Presidents cannot do just what they please,
There is rule of law, which all must obey,
Though Trump would argue that,
This is a witch hunt, according to him,
Led by the Democrats.
It's all for naught,
If there's an election,
Those tax records still will have not come out,
The law and his wealth let him drag this on.
