Unless pushed to limits,
Would do all he can to avoid tumult,
Peace is best, isn't it?
That's why when large crowds protest in the streets,
By far, most will behave,
The fact that they leave the comforts of home,
Prove they're upset with the government's ways,
They're enacting their rights written in law,
To have peaceful protests,
But when cops respond with tear gas and clubs,
They're pushed to the limits,
Then government says,
They're anarchists and thugs,
Detracting from the whys they're protesting,
Preferring violence instead of hugs.
